 Easy to Build, Easy to Use!

With 73 customizable, programmable touch screen buttons, the RMSynergy Hospitality POS Module makes it easy for any business to build a simple to use Hospitality Style POS screen for use in their retail or hospitality business. Many businesses today offer a wide variety of products and services; retail establishments with a small café or deli, restaurants or coffee shops with retail merchandise, and, of course, retailers who just want to have super fast checkout for their customers. The Hospitality POS Module fills the requirement!


 

                        

 Easy, Flexible Screen Setup

Building your custom POS screen in the Hospitality Module is very easy, simply use the drag and drop tools to layout the screen, and assign the button functions. Button choices include: Group (stationary button representing a set of SubGroup buttons), SubGroup (only appear when the “parent” Group button is touched), Fixed Item (stationary/always on the screen for very common items), Dynamic Item (only appear when a “parent” button is touched; Group or SubGroup). Add photos or text to help identify button actions.

 

 Active Questions & Modifiers

A very common requirement in Hospitality is the need to modify an ordered item to meet the customers taste; if a Coffee is ordered, the customer may want cream, or a flavor, or some other “change” to the basic item (coffee). In the Hospitality module, you have the ability to setup a series of questions, with their appropriate answers relating to each item (or item group). For instance, when a customer orders coffee, the system asks the following series of questions: Add Cream? (YES/NO), Add Sweetener? (Sugar, Sweetener, None), .Add Flavor? (Hazelnut, Vanilla, Cinnamon, None). Based on the answers to each question, the “order ticket” will be printed with the proper modifiers, as well as any additional price associated with the modifier is added to the receipt. This can be applied across hundreds of items… there is no limit to the number of question series you build.

 

 Quick Service or Table Service

RMSynergy Hospitality POS Module was built to fill the need of businesses who offer either (or both) Quick Service - customer places order, pays for order, and receives order at the counter, or Table Service - customer places order at the table or bar, receives order all at once or in a series (e.g. drinks, appetizer, main meal, dessert), then before leaving, pays for order at the table. Making it easy for cashiers to take and fill orders is key, and the Hospitality Module makes it as simple as touch and go!

 

 Customer Loyalty and Promotions

Customer Loyalty is important in any industry, and it’s no different here. That’s why the Hospitality Module was built to take advantage of all of the customer tracking capabilities of RMS, and the Customer Loyalty and Promotions of the RMSynergy Loyalty and Promotions modules. This means that all of the loyalty and promotion programs you build into your system for retail, will also apply for hospitality.
